Our team of dedicated employees, many of whom have been with us for over 25 years, are seasoned laundry professionals who’ve seen it all. Pacific Valet’s management team has nearly 100 years combined experience in both commercial and retail laundry and are continually investing in the business to ensure our customers receive the best experience available. Our pick-up and delivery hours are from 8:00am – 6:00pm on Tuesdays and Fridays every week. Most orders are completed within one delivery cycle (3-4 days). Faster service is available upon request.

Yes. All items should be in one Valet Bag (or a bag of your choice). We have different bag sizes to fit even the largest loads.
No problem! Just leave your garment bag in a designated location, and our Service Representative will take care of the rest.
Yes, we use start of the art dry cleaning and laundry equipment – designed for water conservation and energy efficiency.
Each order is managed through our website and can be found under My Account > Orders. Once an order is received we double check that order matches the clothing we received. Each order is processed together and isn’t mixed with other orders.
Our normal turnaround time is 3-4 days as per our delivery cycle. Our pick-up & delivery days are Tuesday and Friday of every week.
